With over 45 years of collective experience in the healing arts, Paige Hamel and Christina Michael specialize in sound healing, intentional movement, yoga, and meditation. Through weekly classes and curated events (both public and private), each experience is designed to nourish the nervous system, inspire presence, and deepen your connection to self, community, and nature.
