The Pacemakers Dance Team is America's grooviest senior-citizens troupe! We are a fierce, funny, and irresistibly inspiring team of seniors, ages 60 to 86, whose mission is to upend stereotypes and celebrate old age, one groovy grapevine at a time.To that end, we wear our years of birth, big and bold, on the backs of our costumes for all to see, proving there is no shame in being old. In fact, it's aspirational. It's a badge of honor!Based in New York City, the Pacemakers perform all over the U.S. and internationally. We encourage YOU to get up and dance with us. All ages welcome!
