✨ About MeI’m the founder of Momentum, a space created to support people in reconnecting with their bodies, emotions, and inner strength through mindful movement and emotional healing.I’m a certified Reformer Pilates and Hatha Yoga instructor, as well as an emotional support guide trained in bioneuroemoción® and trauma-informed practices. My work integrates body awareness, breath, sound healing, and emotional insight to help you release tension, build resilience, and feel at home in your body.At Momentum, I offer sessions in both English and Spanish, creating a welcoming and grounded environment where you can move, heal, and grow
