Christina Benoit is the founder and owner of Peaceful Horizons Wellness. She is a Herbalist, Registered Nurse, Usui Reiki Master, Registered Yoga Teacher ERYT 500, Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider YACEPChristina Benoit RN is a practicing Clinical Herbalist registered with the Ontario Herbalist Association. As a Registered Nurse Christina has been supporting people in their health for 18 years. In 2023, she graduated from Abrah Arneson’s 3-year apprenticeship program. Understanding both our contemporary medical system and the holistic support offered by herbal medicine, Christina is in a unique position to bridge the two different medical paradigms. Christina also teaches Yoga and is a Reiki practitioner offering yoga classes, and reiki trainings & sessions. Christina approach to sharing the both the pragmatics and miracles of plant medicine is founded on the respect for nature and all she offers.
