Polly Pring : From Source to Self

Hello, I'm Polly. I founded From Source to Self in 2018. Primarily, I am a facilitator for Constellation Workshops, in Somerset, Swansea and London. I run retreats, workshops, 1 to1 consultations for clients and supervisees in Somerset and online. My signature Blue Butterfly Residential Workshops combine constellations with creative expression through visual journalling and other techniques with land ceremony. I first trained with the Hellinger Institute of Britain in 2005 and have more recently completed the first Supervision Training for Systemic Constellators with CSC (The Centre for Systemic Constellations). With two decades in the field and an eclectic mix of training and experience, combined with my previous careers in both theatre and education I have developed my own individual approach to systemic constellation work.
