Hello,I'm Jan Holland. I run events and workshops for those people who are navigating significant changes in their lives.Big changes in our lives - divorce, loss of a loved one, a change of job or loss of a job, an illness diagnosis, relocation, being a new parent, becoming an empty nester - are significant turning points in our lives. How we navigate these changes greatly impacts our lives as we move forward.Fear and overwhelm can be replaced with calm, clarity and purpose.I teach people to reconnect with themselves, to trust their inner knowing and to find their inner strength and resilience.These big changes can be opportunities to reframe old stories, to get the learnings and to start leading our lives from a place of authenticity and inner peace.
