Hi I’m Regan, and I own Project Joy Mystic LLC. I am a certified Yoga Instructor, Tarot Reader, and Usui Reiki master. My goal is to help others to find joy through honoring their bodies, building healthy habits, and changing to a mindset of joy and abundance.✨Yoga is a physical and spiritual practice meant to strengthen the body and prepare the mind for meditation. This helps you in your everyday life by improving concentration, minimizing pain, and relieving stress.✨Tarot is a powerful self reflection tool. It helps to highlight what you are not seeing in your life and draws attention to what needs to be done. There are no scary cards, simply lessons to be learned. Sessions can be done in person or over the phone.✨Reiki is a Japanese healing & relaxation technique. It aids in medical treatment, but does not replace it. Reiki focuses on balancing the energies inside and around your body. It balances and helps your energy flow.✨Creating an abundance mindset keeps you from blocking your manifestations and allows abundance to flow to you.
