Sat Nam and welcome to Pure Light Miami, a yoga studio and holistic center focused on helping you achieve a healthier, happier, more fulfilling and holy life.Our focus on the technology brought forth by Kundalini yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, to chemically release, strengthen, and activate the energy within our bodies to generate conscious wellness for ourselves and for others.We provide a holistic approach to wellness, offering a wide range of services and classes including:The ultimate aim of MEDITATION is to become more and more conscious. It is through Yoga and Meditation that we can heal our body, our mind, our soul. This is why Meditation is a very important part in ALL the yoga classes Abhaya Holistic Center has to offer. To also enhance this healing process, we incorporate the powerful sound and vibration of Gong and Tibetan Singing Bowls in some of our classes.In addition to our classes, we also offer different teacher trainings, workshops and events to help spread the word and wisdom Master Yogi Bhajan brought to America.Holistic Therapy, Sat Nam Rasayan, Gong Sound Therapy, Tibetan Singing Bowls Therapy, and Anti-stress yogi massage are offered by appointment.
