I’m Rell, I launched my menstrual care brand in 2020 and I plan to change the narrative of what we’re used to , OUTLOUD! I’m on a mission to get as many women and girls to remove pads and tampons out of their lives and redefine the way they are their cycles, using the menstrual cup. I provide MC education on how to use the cup, why to use the cup, and the long term benefits of transitioning to the cup.
