Right Mind Workshops

Right Mind Workshops was created by SJ Lovestead in Halifax, Nova Scotia. We are dedicated to providing yoga and mindfulness instruction to assist in the development of calm, focused, and embodied individuals and groups. Our focus is on in-person group sessions for various clients, including corporate, non-profit, retreat centers, and more. In addition to our paid services, we are committed to supporting accessible community wellbeing by offering pay-what-you-can classes locally.​SJ is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, and has 4+ years of experience, encompassing hundreds of teaching hours.
