Roland Park Annual Fund Incorporated (RPAF) was formed to fund programs and expenditures at Roland Park Elementary/Middle School (RPEMS) that enhance the learning experience for the entire school community but cannot be funded by other means. The mission of RPAF is to provide resources that ensure equitable access and opportunity for all RPEMS students, teachers, and staff.
