Hi, I'm Rosie, the founder of Social Appetite. Since moving to Edinburgh two years ago, I know the feeling of trying to make friends and feel like you’re fitting into a new community. I am passionate about bringing people together through the love of food. With the sheer variety of restaurants available in Edinburgh, I want to encourage people to try food they haven’t tried before whether that’s the cuisine itself or if they have had that cuisine before to try a new dish.At the events we will be enjoying a three course meal at different restaurants each week. There will be interactive games between each course and it is a chance to try new dishes and make new friends.I appreciate it's slightly nerve wracking stepping out of your comfort zone meeting new people, but trust the process and I promise you will leave feeling that you've had a fantastic evening! Who knows a stranger could become a great friend!
