Ruby Hill Farm is a family owned and operated farm proud to offer humanely raised all natural black angus beef, farm raised chickens, non-GMO pastured pork, farm fresh eggs, seasonal organic fruits, vegetables and herbs. They also offer a selection of locally made food such as cheese, jam, ice cream, honey, maple syrup, and handcrafted items made by local artisans.Bring the children to feed the goats, and visit with the sheep, chickens, and miniature ponies. This working farm is a hidden gem and a quiet treasure in the rural setting of the Town of Clinton, New York. The shop is open year round. Monday - Wednesday 2pm-6pm, Friday 1pm-6:30pm, Saturday 9:30am-4:30pm, and Sunday 9:30am-3:30pm. If you stop by during these hours and the shop is not open call Diana at 917-733-9363. She is nearby and will be happy to meet you at the front door.Special events are held throughout the year including a strawberry festival, agriculture and gardening classes, craft fairs, farm tours, nature walks, and a variety of experiences for children at Madi’s Way an educational learning center located at the farm.Madi’s Way an educational learning center, was formed in memory of Madison A. Dingee. Her beauty shined both inside and out, and her spirit will continuously live on. The goal of Madi’s Way is to remind families that children are conceived out of love, and they deserve a safe and supportive environment to grow and thrive. The center is dedicated to youth whose parents are going through divorce, loss of a family member, or other adversity.Madi’s Way will provide children and their families the opportunity to free their minds and spirits of any struggling thoughts and enjoy some peaceful and productive time. The center offers personalized, interactive opportunities such as gardening, agriculture, feeding farm animals, visiting with miniature ponies, chickens, and sheep. Classes teaching life skills such as reading and sewing will be offered, as well as other recreational activities.
