Hi I’m Sejal✨I was first introduced to the world of fitness 8 years ago when I started working at a small studio in New Jersey. Over the years, I have been lucky enough to see the world of fitness from a lot of different lenses. I have learned a lot, navigated through fitness becoming trendy, & met some of my favorite people in the whole world. I have gotten stronger, faster, started to stand a little taller & talk a little louder - I gained the confidence to take up a little more space in a world that can sometimes make you feel small.The most important thing that I’ve learned is that all of this is much more than just a workout. It’s about the people, the community, & the place. It’s about feeling strong & fast. It’s about proving to yourself that you CAN do hard things & feeling confident while doing them.Fitness changed my life - in big ways & small ways & even in some medium-sized ways.
