Sana Sana for Mujeres

Sana Sana is a social community for Mujeres in the Santa Barbara and Ventura area of California that is embracing their Señora Era, where we focus on slowing down, embracing shared experiences, and practicing social self-care that nurtures our individual and collective well-being. Together, we create spaces to tend to our mental, physical, and social wellness, embracing slow living, and finding ways to reclaim joy, convivir, and collective care to build comunidad. Through casual gatherings, we foster purposeful connections with Mujeres who support each other, our communities—both local and global—and the environment that sustains us.This a safe space for Latinx and BIPOC mujeres only.
