About

We opened Sanctuary Fitness & Conditioning with the simple aim of wanting to help ordinary people understand how to look after their health and still live a normal life.We wanted to create a positive environment where everyone feels welcome, no matter their ability and actually looks forward to training and seeing their gym mates.We now want to host a variety of events that bring both our members and non-members together to challenge themselves whilst still having fun!
