Shala Yoga invites you to gather in community to practice, share, experience, heal and grow. Enter our safe space and ‘come home to yourself’ through the ancient yogic teachings, made modern for today’s student. Shala Yoga offers daily studio classes, workshops, special events, massage and retreats. Everyone’s welcome in the Shala. We're open seven days a week.
