Shalyn Isaacs

Shalyn Isaacs is a Certified Canadian Counsellor (Qualifying) and Kundalini / Hatha Yoga Instructor in the Himalayan Tradition. Holding a Masters in Counselling Psychology from the University of Toronto, she provides mind-body-spirit counselling with women of color and 2SLGBTQIA+ communities through her private practice. She facilitates wellness workshops and retreats, and shares the teachings of Kundalini Yoga in online and in-person classes to support communities with experiencing a greater connection to their true self, the Earth, their bodies, and the world around them. A key focus of her offerings is supporting communities with creating change within themselves to empower the healing and liberation of themselves, their communities and future generations of all beings.
