She owns & operates a financial services company, Weatherspoon & Associates, LLC as the President/CEO with her husband, Michael & is a licensed real estate broker in IL.She is extremely passionate to mentor & empower girls & women of all ages to become “Leading Ladies”…while maintaining high standards in heels that is, to successfully climb the corporate ladder, own & operate businesses & hold leadership roles in every capacity and area of life that they choose! She shares her passion & expertise with women & professional audiences internationally through her speaking engagements, trainings & business coaching.She is the published author of (2) books "Self Esteem & Empowerment for Women" & “PURE WEALTH, 26 Ways of Crazy Profitability”. She is a nationally recognized featured speaker and trainer in various subject matters that address professionals in business.Her purpose is on purpose...to educate, equip & encourage others to reach theirgreatest potential!
