Shawn Brokemond

I’m a mountain biking coach, Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), and parent coach with over 30 years of riding experience and 25 years of teaching. I’m certified in CPR and hold a Level 1 MTB PIMBA certification. I’m passionate about helping others build resilience and confidence, especially girls, through outdoor adventures like mountain biking. I believe in creating spaces where people—whether kids or adults—can explore their potential, feel strong and empowered, and discover the freedom and joy that come with movement. For me, mountain biking is about so much more than the ride; it’s about building self-reliance, telling your own story, and finding balance in life.
