Essence (shErOcksYoga) is a Yoga Goddess who embodies living life fully and motivates others to do the same. She was most definitely summonsed on this earth to shake things up! LA-made and NY-raised... Essence has been a student of yoga since 2000 and sharing its magic for over 13 years.Her classes have a flavour that is unique, soulful, and healing while deeply infused with the lineage and philosophy of ancient teachings. Her offerings inspire us to move beyond the barriers we build within so we can explore our personal freedom.As a well-traveled DJ, she also uses music as a way to playfully stimulate expansion so that you feel moved by sound to vibrate at your highest, during mindful and carefully aligned asana.
