I’m Amanda, a registered social worker, integrative therapist, yoga, meditation and breathwork teacher based in Winnipeg, Canada. My passion lies in helping those I work with develop greater self-awareness and connection as they embrace their unique lived experiences. I provide loss and life transitions focused therapy in my private practice here in Winnipeg, alongside supporting therapists in developing their knowledge and skills in grief work.
