My name is Silvia, I am a strength and conditioning coach based in Stuttgart, Germany.I was introduced to strength and athletic training during my basketball career, which unfortunately came to an end due to a complicated knee injury. Despite 6 surgeries on the same knee, 10 years of chronic pain and inability to run or to jump, I am (most of the time) pain free and able to participate in any physical activity with no restrictions thanks to smart regular strength practice. Yes, strength definitely has a greater purpose and I am honoured to represent the School of Strength, StrongFirst, as a SFG1 certified Kettlebell Instructor since December 2019 and SFL certified Barbell Instructor since June 2023."Become the best version of self" is my motto as well as my training philosophy.
