Sophie Yotova is an international speaker, experience designer, smell-blind food artist, and certified Mind Body Eating coach by The Institute for the Psychology of Eating. Her work at the intersection of science, art, and food has changed the lives of kids and grown-ups from over 20 countries.Sophie is the creator of The Edible Connections Experience - a hybrid between a dynamic meditation session, edible art class, and personal development workshop, which allows open-minded people around the globe to de-stress, engage in inner exploration, connect, and have fun.She is also the author of The Fidget Spinner Model - a 12-step science-based self-empowerment framework for dealing with adversity, navigating uncertainty, and thriving in chaos.Sophie's work is all about alleviating unnecessary suffering and turning self-care into a sustainable strategy for cultivating dynamic balance in today's volatile world and building a resilient, mindful, and harmonious life.
