I am Founder and Director ofPropetual, a consultancy business helping and advising all parts of the industry to use less and be more efficient with their resources. The circular economy and material reuse are two key areas of focus, stemming from a passion and niche I discovered while working as a Client. I help a wide range of businesses and projects, ranging from clients and designers to contractors and members of the supply chain. With my new focus I also intend to help drive the industry forward, playing a strategic role, advising on policy and encouraging innovation.Until recently I was a Project Director forGrosvenor Property UKin Mayfair and Belgravia, London working on a number of award winning projects. My responsibilities spanned feasibility through to handover, and commercial performance to health & safety. My Engineering and Contracting background gave me a unique perspective when managing design development and construction works as the Client. From 2021 to 2023, I was focused on driving the delivery of the £500m GDVSouth Molton Triangle development. This is a major scheme in North Mayfair – a two-acre area bounded by Davies Street, Brook Street and South Molton Street, and lying immediately opposite the new Elizabeth Line Bond Street West station. The development will introduce over 150,000 sqft of grade A office space, plus homes, a hotel and retail with new public spaces.Previously, I worked forArupandSir Robert McAlpine.
