We are a local Buddhist group in the Plum Village Tradition based in Western Australia. We meet both in person and online to practice mindfulness, sitting and walking meditation, Dharma Sharing and recite the Five Mindfulness Trainings monthly. We also have a monthly book club and use texts by Thich Nhat Hanh and other Plum Village Monastics to guide our practice. We welcome all to join us.
