Sweat and Social is a pop-up fitness event series based in Victoria, BC, designed to bring people together through movement, wellness, and community. Each month, we partner with local studios and fitness leaders to host dynamic, high-energy classes—from boxing to Pilates to SUP—followed by curated social experiences that spark connection beyond the workout.Our mission is to create a space where wellness meets community, where attendees can break a sweat, meet like-minded people, and leave feeling energized—physically and socially.
