I am a Performance & Empowerment coach working in London. For the past 13 years I’ve been a strength and conditioning coach and holistic lifestyle coach. In the last 7 years i've delved into the world of healing, growth and empowerment.I have a deep passion for strengthening and healing the Mind-Body-Soul, music and understanding the human psyche through Jungian archetypes (King, Warrior, Magician, Lover).I run Breathwork sessions focusing on healing & empowering the Warrior, King, Lover and Magician within all of us. These session allow you to tap into your inner archetypal energy to grow and to let go of what may be holding you back.
