I'm a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner who is also certified in meditation, certified through NASM as a trainer, and have my Bachelors in Business! I've owned my own practice for the past 7 years where Ive mended nutrition, mindfulness, movement into all of the 1-1 and group programs I teach. I love educating people on all of my passions as they have transformed my physical and emotional health, as well as the lives of the hundreds of people I've worked with.
