The Creative You

I set up The Creative You to help people to connect, heal and transfrom their challenges, hurts and experiences by reconnecting to who they are at a soul level, using various different techniques and alternative health options. Essentially, you are a powerful creator, but you may not always have a sense of this at all leaving you feeling restricted, trapped or lost at times in your life. Self-discovery work, energy work, mindset and alignment work - all inner work - will help you to rediscover your gifts, strengths, potential and uniqueness in ways that no external source can.I use creative therapies with clients, at workshops and at events from specialist schools to people interested in developing their intuition through creativity. I've ran various wellbeing courses and workshops in communities and online and continue to help people who want to explore holistic health options to feel grounded, centered and more connected physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.I also offer intuitive sessions, coaching, energy healing, membership and group platforms and online courses.
