Pippa is an international yoga teacher and accredited counsellor who has taught in studios across London, Brighton, Tokyo, Bali, and Valencia since 2016. Her teaching is an embodied flow, blending intuitive, playful movement with chakra-based themes and therapy insights to help students explore their inner world and let go of what’s holding them back.Pippa has trained in yin yoga with Norman Blair and in dynamic vinyasa flow with Carlotta Castagna. Her teaching gently weaves together these influences, creating a practice that balances strength and softness, effort and ease.
