The Halifax Humanities Society

The Halifax Humanities Society offers non-credit, university-level Humanities education at no cost to our participants. The Society is committed to the vision that thoughtful intellectual engagement can have a profound impact on individuals. The Society is governed by a volunteer Board that consists of university representatives, community members and graduates of Halifax Humanities all of whom support enhancing accessibility to Humanities education in our community.
