I'm a yoga teacher from Tibshelf, currently living in the beautiful village of Edwinstowe, sandwiched neatly inbetween Sherwood Forest and Sherwood Pines... what's not to love!? I'm a vinyasa, hatha and restorative teacher with a passion for connecting people back with nature where we've come so separated over the years. I run weekly classes in the village of Tibshelf, and host pop up yoga events and experiences across the country. My classes are a gentle pace, encouraging you to connect back with yourself, let go and learn to relax.
