Hello! I’m Sam Allen, founding attorney of Law Mom® and your neighborhood Personal Family Lawyer®.I help families and business owners protect their loved ones, maintain control over their property and preserve their legacy!I opened Law Mom® because I know firsthand how crucial wealth and guardianship planning is for families. In 2019 after the birth of my first son, I almost lost my life. And I didn’t have a plan in place to protect him if the worst happened. Thankfully I was given a second chance, and now I’m passionate about helping families like yours provide a secure future for their children and the next generation.In 2021, I was named a Top Trusts and Estates Attorney by Boston Magazine, and my practice made the Best of South Shore Law Firm List. And in 2022, I was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star, a distinction that only 2.5% of lawyers in Massachusetts are awarded.I stay active in the community as a member of Wealth Counsel, a national organization of Trusts and Estates attorneys. I’m the President of Duxbury Newcomers Club, a philanthropic organization in my town. And I’m a proud member of the Women’s Business League, Boston Business Women, and Pillars of Profitability.When I’m not with my clients, I’m renovating homes with my husband, raising awareness for childhood Type 1 Diabetes, and going on adventures with my two sons and their Lolli and Pops (also known as my parents!)
