The London Centre for Commercial and Financial Law

The London Centre for Commercial and Financial Law was established in 2019. It hosts academic events and legal research projects focussing on commercial and financial law. It continues the work of the Centre for Corporate and Financial Law at the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, School of Advanced Studies, University of London, UK. It is directed by University of London scholars and draws on a regular associated team of lawyers and researchers from other British universities and law firms.
