The Ottawa Chocolate Show was founded by Erik Hansen, co-founder of DesBarres Chocolate (Uxbridge)and Joanne Mutter Owner of JoJo CoCo (Ottawa).We created this event to promote Canada's great community of bean to bar chocolate makers and chocolatiers with activities that include market days that include seminars, workshops, demonstrations and curated tasting sessions. We want to create opportunities for chocolate makers to interact with chocolate lovers.
