The Scotland Stoics is a philosophy discussion group (a stoa) and a registered charity. We meet regularly in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Dundee (and occasionally other parts of Scotland) to engage with Stoicism - an ancient philosophy that remains relevant today with its many timeless benefits for mental health, self-improvement and building resilience. We are a friendly community and we are always happy to welcome new people starting their journey with Stoicism.
