Karryl received her BS in Therapeutic Recreation and Leisure Services as well as an M.M., Master of Management. Throughout her career, she received the Strathmore’s Who’s Who Worldwide 2021 Edition Professional Leadership and Achievement Award and MBA Leadership Series IV Completion in 2014.She believes that an individual’s personal responsibility is of utmost importance, which is why she wants to be a guide towards enhancing self-esteem and character, with an emphasis on socially acceptable behavior. Karryl’s passion for etiquette stems from wanting to help people be thoughtful about their conduct, feelings, and rights of others. She believes in always promoting kindness, consideration, and humility. She has specialized training in various areas of etiquette such as: workplace, networking, business, dining, teen, college readiness, adult, social media, email, and more.​
