More About UsThe mission of the Wellness Plan Medical Centers Foundation is to raise funds to support the operations of our health centers and clinics in the metropolitan Detroit area. We raise funds by seeking donations from the community through a variety of charitable events and activities designed to generate support for our medical centers. The Wellness Plan Medical Centers is a Federally Qualified Health Center consisting of five locations in metro Detroit that provide healthcare access to Southeast Michigan’s most vulnerable, medically underserved men, women, and children in the heart of Detroit, Oak Park and Pontiac, Michigan.The Wellness Plan Medical Centers delivers affordable and accessible quality medical services to the communities we serve. Our primary focus is to improve the health and wellness of families, including children and adults, by providing access to medical, dental, behavioral health and pharmacy services to address their needs.
