Toni Breeden

Toni is a Peak Pilates certified instructor and has been teaching Pilates for over 13 years. She has obtained a certificate in barre instruction and recently completed her Yoga Alliance 200-hour Teacher Training adding Yoga to her certifications. By bringing together her knowledge, experience and passion for Pilates, Yoga and Barre, she creates challenging classes that are not only beneficial to the body but also the mind.
