TrailBikeBody MTB Coaching is ran by Aisling Cullen, a qualified and experienced mountain bike coach. Aisling believes in creating a safe, welcoming and supportive environment for each individual to fully enjoy their mountain biking journey. Skills workshops, 1-1 coaching, kids camps, confidence workshops, introduction to mountain biking sessions and bike maintenance workshops are hosted in Castlecomer Discovery Park.
