Transforming Notts Together is a charity partnership between theChurch Urban Fundand theDiocese of Southwell and Nottingham.We are part of theTogether Network- a national network developed by Church Urban Fund to create innovative local, sustainable and effective solutions to tackling poverty in England.We partner with churches, charities, community workers and other faiths to tackle poverty together in Notts.
