Serving the communities of Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Anmore and Belcarra since 1975, Tri-City Transitions supports individuals and families impacted by domestic violence and abuse. We provide safe shelter, counselling, outreach, education, and advocacy in a welcoming, inclusive environment. Our programs are trauma-informed and culturally responsive, supporting women, children, youth, and all genders on their journey to safety, healing, and empowerment.Together, we are breaking the cycle of abuse and building safer communities for all.
