Trish Brewer

Trish D. Brewer is a trauma-informed Breathwork Coach, Reiki Master Teacher, and Intuitive Guide. Her journey with mindfulness began when a medical emergency put her on the path of self-discovery and healing and ultimately led her to develop her practice. She sees herself as a lifelong student deepening her practice through ongoing education and exploration. Intuitive and empathetic, she works with clients individually and in group settings guiding them back to themselves through the power of their breath. Trish believes—and knows from experience—that healing oneself ripples outward and is committed to donating a meaningful percentage of her time and proceeds to national and community charities.Trish earned her Breath Coach Certification from Yoga Teachers College, studied under David Elliot, a Breathwork pioneer, and completed her trauma training with the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM) Training Institute. She sees herself as a lifelong student deepening her practice through ongoing education and exploration. Intuitive and empathetic, she works with clients individually and in group settings. In-person or virtual sessions are available.She resides in southern Maryland, just outside of Washington DC, with her son and husband. Her daughter, a market research analyst and artist, lives in Newport, RI.
