My name is Vaughn (but you can call me “VP”) and I am a spiritual nomad. Wow, that feels good to say out loud. I love stimulating conversations around spirituality and hearing about the experience of others so I want this platform to be for you as much as it is for me. Spirituality has always been an important part of my life and I have always aimed to help others create healthy relationships with their own spirit. Leaning into my spiritual hygiene has aided me in everything from my career to my personal life.Well, I figured you might want to know a bit about me so here are some highlights:✝ From the age of 5, I was fully indoctrinated in a non-denominational Christian upbringing. I grew up in a spirit-filled household that emphasized the relationship between ourselves and spirit. In short, this resulted in me honing my intuition from a very early age.
