Unifour One is a community-rooted nonprofit organization with a powerful mission: to create real, lasting change in the lives of youth and families impacted by violence, poverty, and injustice. Since 2001, we have been a trusted voice and a steady hand in some of North Carolina’s most underserved communities.Through mentoring, life skills, vocational training, civic engagement, and violence interruption programs, Unifour One empowers individuals—especially justice-involved youth—to rewrite their stories. We believe in second chances, and we stand in the gap for those who are often overlooked, unseen, and unheard.Our work is more than programs—it’s about people. It’s about walking alongside teens trying to make better choices, families struggling to stay together, and communities striving to heal. Every conversation, every step, and every act of service is rooted in love, dignity, and hope.
