The Urban Life Center offers a variety of activities that assist people in developing overall wellness. Besides our delicious juice bar, we offer classes, seminars, and workshops in nutrition, health, and personal development, and we offer projects and opportunities to serve the community of Baltimore.We believe that everything that affects the body also affects the mind, and everything that affects the mind, affects the body.
