Founded in 2016, Urubu Texano became an Official Flamengo Consulate in June 2019.Main Objectives:• Follow the principles of Flamengo’s Embassies and Consulates Program, which focuses on the Greater Houston area.• Promote the gathering of fans and the broadcasting of Flamengo games in Houston.• Foster an emotional connection with Brazil through sports.The Consulate is a non-profit organization.
