Washington County DSS HOPE Unit

The HOPE Unit at Washington County Department of Social Services is dedicated to seeking "Homes, Opportunities and Positive outcomes for Everyone". Our unit works with two different populations within Washington County. A key population is our children in foster care. We are seeking trauma-informed families who want to support youth in their homes while they work towards reunifying with family. We help support the foster families through their journey. The goal is to ensure that the children in foster care and the families fostering them can have stability and support. We are seeking families in Washington County NY and the surrounding areas.
