For Behi Shafiei, Founder & CEO, it started with a realization: traditional financial services often overlook the human side of money. While working in public and private sector consulting, she saw firsthand how institutions prioritized generic solutions over the unique needs of individuals. It was more than a gap, it was a failure to serve. That realization turned into a mission. Canada’s financial services needed to reflect who we are.Behi envisioned something radically different; A model that reclaimed control, shifting power from institutions back to individuals and families; where it truly belongs. People didn’t need more sales pitches. They needed education, tools, and a partner they could trust. Driven by this vision, Behi founded Wealth Bridge Consulting. This wasn’t just a business idea; it was deeply personal.As a visible minority, Behi had faced the same battles her clients encounter every day: navigating cash flow struggles, overcoming heavy tax burdens, and striving to build lasting wealth in a system that wasn’t designed for everyone.
